Responsibilities:


• Efficiently and accurately processing customer credit applications

• Maintaining precise records of customer credit

• Resolving customer inquiries in a timely manner

• Monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary action

• Running checks for account reconciliation

• Coding invoices and processing for payment

• Data entry to maintain accurate financial records

• Using a range of software including Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks and SAP for various accounting tasks

• Regularly reviewing and updating accounts payable.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk or in a similar role.
• Proficient in account reconciliation techniques.
• Demonstrable experience with Accounts Payable (AP).
• Familiarity with check runs and coding invoices.
• Skilled in data entry with attention to detail.
• Experience in invoice processing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Oracle software is beneficial.
• Knowledge of QuickBooks software is advantageous.
• Familiarity with SAP software.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of honesty and integrity.
• Relevant certification or degree in finance, accounting, or related field is advantageous.
