Office Manager with QuickBooks

Responsibilities:
- Entering information into QuickBooks (Desktop)
- Working with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Running reports
- Writing PO’s and entering into system
- Working with the project managers
- Assisting with some human resources responsibilities as needed
- Entering/verifying employee hours
- Billing and uploading bills
- Getting quotes
- Some estimating
- General office duties such as filing, answering phones
Qualifications:
- Must have QuickBooks (Desktop) experience
- Good computer skills including Excel, Word and Outlook
- Good attention to detail
Hours are:
Full or part-time available
Hours start at 8am
The pay is up to $30.00 an hour
