Job DescriptionJob Description

Responsibilities:

  • Entering information into QuickBooks (Desktop)
  • Working with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Running reports
  • Writing PO’s and entering into system
  • Working with the project managers
  • Assisting with some human resources responsibilities as needed
  • Entering/verifying employee hours
  • Billing and uploading bills
  • Getting quotes
  • Some estimating
  • General office duties such as filing, answering phones

Qualifications:

  • Must have QuickBooks (Desktop) experience
  • Good computer skills including Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Good attention to detail

Hours are:

Full or part-time available

Hours start at 8am

The pay is up to $30.00 an hour
