Account Manager

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, build strong relationships with clients, and be dedicated to managing customer needs with precision. This role is essential to our customer service team, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and smooth order management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with customers to understand their needs and business objectives.
- Actively manage customer accounts, including processing orders and handling inquiries.
- Provide accurate and timely quotes for customer orders.
- Run monthly reports to assess account activity, order frequency, and areas for growth.
- Reach out to a minimum of 100 customers monthly to strengthen partnerships and increase satisfaction.
- Attract new customers through outreach and engagement.
- Respond to all customer inquiries within 1 hour to ensure quick, effective communication.
- Delegate repeat orders to the Customer Service Representative (CSR) team.
- Be "on-call" to handle urgent customer issues outside of regular hours when necessary.
- Coordinate the graphic artwork process to ensure client expectations are met.
- Confirm the accuracy of production schedules and manage any necessary adjustments.
- Attend customer meetings as required to discuss accounts, strategies, and resolve any concerns.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in account management, customer service, or a similar role.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
- Experience in a similar industry is preferred but not required.
