Title: Research Assistant
Pay rate: $25/hr - $35/hr (depending on experience)
Location: 125 Paterson Street, New Brunswick, NJ
Duration: 6-12 months 
Duties:
  • Supports research studies by collecting research data via various methods such as surveys, online forums.
  • Recruits study participants
  • Creates a user-friendly system for study tracking and data entry using already-developed systems.
  • Provides support in data processing, storage, organizing, and preparing data for qualitative analyses.
  • Reviews, codes, and analyzes data with research team.
  • Supports the preparation and dissemination of research findings through scientific posters, presentations, manuscripts, and community events.
  • Sending out mailings and consent forms.
  • Scheduling, phone support, data entry

Requirements and skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Research or Biology
Must be bilingual Spanish
Must be willing to work onsite
Research experience preferred
Organized, computer savvy, good communication skills
Knowledge of SAS, SPSS, research methods.
 

Pay Details: $25.00 to $35.00 per hour
