Job Description

The Spanish speaking administrative assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and handling correspondence. You will also have the opportunity to assist with client intake, data entry, and other tasks as needed.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bilingual skills in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
  • An Associate's degree or higher
  • Strong communication and computer skills
  • Punctuality and ability to multitask
