Job Responsibilities: What you will do

Provide support to the KNX facilities vendor network by building and maintaining relationships, managing vendor performance and identifying and executing cost savings initiatives within the various service categories.

  • Identify local and regional vendors to fill service gaps and negotiate rates as needed.
  • Onboard facilities vendors into CMMS work order systems.
  • Manage certificate of insurance (COI) process for vendor compliance.
  • Collect all necessary AP documentation to onboard vendors with applicable KNX brands.
  • Pull reports and analyze data identifying large spend areas in states, cities and service categories.
  • Ensure vendors are providing excellent service delivery.
  • Provide support with RFPs.
  • Assist with vendor escalations and service issues as needed.
  • Proactively work to assist others in achieving the organization's objectives

Qualifications: What you need to bring

  • 3+ years' experience in vendor management or related field, required.
  • Previous experience with CMMS preferred.
  • Previous experience in facilities or property management preferred.
  • Associates' degree in related field, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience required.
  • Must be a self-starter.
  • Must be able to multi-task and respond to problems in a tactful, expedient and professional manner.
  • Must possess strong communication skills.
  • Must be able to effectively prioritize workload.
  • Must possess basic analytical skills.
  • Must have excellent customer service skills.


Pay Range: $20.91 - $25.00Hourly
