Inside Sales Representative

LHH has partnered with a client in Oak Ridge, TN to assist them in finding their next Inside Sales professional to assist with growth. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in an inside sales or customer-facing role.
Responsibilities:
Identify potential customers through research, networking, and inbound inquiries. Qualify leads and determine their suitability for the company's products or services.
Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospects to present products/services, understand their needs, and offer solutions.
Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company's products/services to effectively communicate their benefits and features to potential customers.
Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospects via phone, video conferencing, or in-person meetings.
Manage and update the CRM system with accurate information regarding sales activities, lead status, and customer interactions. Track and report on key sales metrics.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and post-sale.
Negotiate terms and conditions, prepare sales proposals, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Continuously improve sales techniques and strategies.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience preferred
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Schedule:
Full-time, 40 hours
Monday to Friday
8:00am-5:00pm
