Inside Sales and Customer Solutions Director

- Lead and manage the Inside Sales Team to achieve sales plans and objectives.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand our customer base and increase revenue.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare reports for senior management.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for large scale HVAC projects, analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documents to determine project requirements, and develop comprehensive estimates.
- Develop professional proposals and bid packages that clearly outline project scope, pricing, and terms, collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project needs, and provide customized solutions.
- Oversee all aspects of project execution, including scheduling, budgeting, procurement, resource allocation, and subcontractor management, monitor project progress, track expenses, and implement corrective actions to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
