• Manage and organize the calendar, including scheduling meetings with internal and external stakeholders
• Take minutes during meetings, create tasks based on these notes and ensure timely completion of these tasks
• Maintain a detail oriented demeanor while interacting with upper management
• Exhibit exceptional problem-solving skills and organizational abilities
• Handle administrative tasks such as crafting detail oriented emails
• Contribute to the internal culture change by maintaining a detail oriented attitude
• Assist in setting up virtual meetings and sharing screens when necessary
• Use Microsoft Office proficiently to handle administrative tasks
• Ensure the office clerical work is done in an efficient manner
• Follow up on tasks to ensure everyone is staying on track.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Prior experience in an administrative role is desirable
• Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
