We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a HR Process Improvement Consultant. As a HR Process Improvement Consultant, you will be primarily involved in analyzing and improving our HR processes. This role demands close collaboration with internal leaders, auditing their processes, and understanding the root cause of issues. A keen understanding of process flows, both business and process, is vital. You will be utilizing continuous improvement tools to identify and rectify process failures.


Responsibilities:

• Analyze the existing processes to identify areas of improvement

• Collaborate with internal leaders to audit and understand their processes

• Use continuous improvement tools such as Fishbone and Prato diagrams to map out process flows

• Identify and address the root cause of process failures

• Work on process improvement projects to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

• Initiate process improvement initiatives to prevent future issues

• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to the company's non-disclosure agreement (NDA)

• Use Six Sigma methodologies for process improvement and project management

• Ensure all improvements align with the business process improvement strategy

• Regularly report on the progress of process improvement initiatives and projects.

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Proven track record in HR related process improvement roles.
• Expertise in Root Cause Analysis.
• Proficiency in Business Process Improvement.
• Extensive experience in Continuous Process Improvement.
• Demonstrated ability in Process Improvement Initiatives.
• Experience in managing Process Improvement Projects.
• Familiarity with Project Management Process Improvement.
• Proficiency in using Fishbone diagrams for problem-solving.
• Six Sigma certification is a must.
