This role involves providing administrative support within a non-profit organization, acting as the initial point of contact for all incoming communication and assisting with various administrative projects.

Responsibilities:
• Serve as the first point of contact, handling all incoming calls and greeting staff
• Assist with various administrative projects as needed
• Maintain an organized and efficient workplace
• Utilize skills in operating switchboards with 1-10 lines
• Uphold the organization's commitment to excellent client service.• Proficient in handling switchboards and managing phone lines ranging from 1 to 10.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients effectively.
• Ability to manage client queries and complaints efficiently.
• Skilled in maintaining client records and updating databases.
• Experience in providing excellent customer service and maintaining client satisfaction.
• Ability to work in a team environment and coordinate with different departments.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address client issues promptly.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software relevant to client servicing.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks according to urgency and importance.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to manage tasks efficiently.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools related to client servicing.
• Flexible to work in different shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
• Proficient in English language for effective communication.
• High level of professionalism and integrity in dealing with clients.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
