In this role, you will manage daily billing for trucking and warehouse customers, reconcile accounts, and accurately apply customer payments. Your ability to communicate effectively with customers via phone, fax, and email will be essential, along with your assistance in the monthly billing process and various office projects.

We’re seeking someone proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and QuickBooks, with excellent communication skills and a knack for problem-solving. The ideal candidate is highly organized, able to handle multiple tasks, and works well under pressure. A minimum of 1 year of experience in a blue-collar environment is preferred, and previous experience in logistics or supply chain operations is a plus.
