Sales Executive

Position Description:
The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying potential business opportunities, developing relationships, and understanding the customer's critical business strategies. The Sales Executive is responsible for pursuing sales opportunities through traditional channels and by utilizing new technology to reach new prospects. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer focused approach are a must. Proven experience in the Incentives industry, specifically related to Prepaid Cards is paramount.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
Promote and sell incentive & reward programs to potential clients.
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Prepare and deliver presentations on services
Prepare reports on goals, sales, and prospects
Ensure client satisfaction and service levels are exceeding client's expectations.
Participate in events and conferences on behalf of the company for the purposes of expanding the business
Negotiate and close deals, to include handling complaints or objections.
Collaborate with internal departments to accomplish client and company goals.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications, Requirements, or Competencies:
Bachelor's Degree in Business or related discipline
Minimum 5 years of proven experience of direct B2B sales experience calling on Fortune 1000 companies.
Experience selling to C-Level decision makers.
Long term client relationships in the corporate markets.
Professional, articulate, and organized
Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels of the organization
Strong negotiation skills
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, etc.)
Proficiency with web, SaaS, and mobile applications a plus.
Proven experience in the Incentives industry, specifically related to Travel and Prepaid Cards.
Ability to travel as needed.
