Job DescriptionJob Description

We are looking for a skilled Onboarding Technician to join our client's team based in either Phoenix, Arizona, Lenexa, Kansas or Swanzey, New Hampshire. This will be a hybrid position located at one of these locations, 2-3 days per week onsite. The Onboarding Technician will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our MSP client's customer services, from installation and configuration to data migration. You will be expected to contribute to client meetings, gather necessary documentation, and work closely with our team to ensure successful project completion and customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshooting DNS
  • Managing users in Active Directory
  • Microsoft Office 365 Management

Additional:

  • Will be teaming up with an internal Tech Solutions person & Salesperson in the company team as gets new clients are signed and moving them over to their new


Qualifications: 

  • Active Directory Experience
  • Familiarity w/ Networking Concepts
  • Microsoft Office 365 Experience

Additional:

  • Prior experience in a Help Desk or IT Support Environment
  • MSP experience is nice to have.
