Description:
A major client in Phoenix is looking at add a Service Desk Analyst (Tier 2) as an important member of the IT Support/Infrastructure team. This position is for someone with 2-4 years of experience, strong customer service, and troubleshooting skills to resolve technical issues for our end users. Scope: Tier 1 & 2 IT Support Desktop-focused.
- Onsite in Phoenix (4 days onsite / 1 day remote). 12-18 month ongoing contract role with opportunity to convert FTE. M-F Core Business Hours. Technical ability (below) and personality is huge for the client.

What You'll Be Doing:

Intermediate-level & Tier 2 Help desk
-
Needs at least 3+ of hands-on experience in Help Desk/Service Desk/Customer Support.

Experience in Microsoft Office, a ticketing tool such as ServiceNow and/or Active Directory, and enterprise-level call volumes 40-50 calls a day

Opportunity entails first-level end-user support and incident diagnosis applications, endpoints, and infrastructure. A Service Desk contractor acts as a single point of contact between the end-user and other IT resources. This position also documents incoming interactions and their resolutions and manages ticket routing and incident resolution with other IT resources.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00
