We are in search of a Human Resources Specialist to join our team based in New York. The role involves a broad range of HR functions, predominantly focusing on the execution of our onboarding program. The selected individual will work in collaboration with various departmental leaders to ensure a seamless and rewarding onboarding experience for our new team members. This is a short term contract employment opportunity.


Responsibilities:

• Executing our onboarding program.

• Collaborating with studio and workplace teams to organize and conduct facility tours for new team members.

• Coordinating with workplace teams across different locations to maintain a consistent onboarding experience.

• Managing email distribution lists, handling pre and post-session communications, and calendar invites.

• Collaborating with the People Analytics team to provide quarterly data and feedback to functional leaders for enhancing enablement.

• Undertaking additional responsibilities related to improving the new team member journey at our organization.

• Excellent communication skills including effective written and verbal correspondence

• Strong training capabilities with the ability to facilitate learning management systems

• Proficiency in analytics, with a preference for experience in Power BI

• Comprehensive understanding of Human Resources (HR) Administration

• Familiarity with 'About Time' software is a plus

• Experience in logistics and coordination

• Proven abilities in managing onboarding processes

• Capability to handle quarterly reporting and distribution lists

• Experience in facility management and ensuring continuity of care

• Proficient in calendar management

• Exceptional interpersonal skills

• Effective coordination skills to manage various tasks simultaneously

• Fluency in using communication platforms like Slack

• Proven experience in facilitation, capable of managing group dynamics effectively

• Proficiency in Google Suite including Docs, Sheets, and Slides

• Openness to learning new skills and adapting to changing environments
