The Opportunity
Description
We're looking for a Human Resources Specialist , working in Banking/Finance industry in 240 Greenwich St, New York, New York, United States.

  • Design People Team operating model in line with the enterprise framework.
  • Architect new organizational structure based on design thinking and Platform Operating Model.
  • Ensure overall readiness for the People Team stepping into corporate activity team structure including interim solutions and future state.
  • Establish core competencies and requirements for People Team roles within the new platform operating model.
  • Design talent mapping process to new operating model, ensuring fair and equitable practices.
  • Own and drive workstream-specific deliverables and outcomes for the overall program.
  • Partner with PT Leads and Communication to design comms roadmap for Personas in experiencing People Programs.
  • Ensure transparent and timely communication within the People Team, working with Communication and Change Management Workstream.
  • Design roadmap for all PT core processes both for interim and future state.
  • Orchestrate workstream specific cadences as needed to execute per overall program roadmap.
  • Prioritize execution activities based on employee lifecycle plans.
  • Partner with PT Leads and Communication to design comms roadmap for Personas in experiencing People Programs.
  • Partner with PT Workstream Leads in integrating new ways of working in line with POM and Practices design principles.
  • Drive accountability within PT Workstream to deliver on transformation activity in line with deliverable plans.
  • Act as an interface to other workstreams/bodies of work for dependencies and raise or remove blockers.
  • Ensure individual deliverables come together into a consumable artifact for executive communication and other teams.
  • Act as the go-to problem-solving partner for workstream team members and stakeholders; escalates and helps to remove blockers.

Experience Required for Your Success
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 10-15 years of total work experience
  • Proven experience in HR transformation, talent practices, and organizational design
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to drive change and work effectively in a dynamic environment
