We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team based in Monmouth County, New Jersey. The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for processing check requests and expense reports, maintaining vendor accounts, and performing data entry associated with accounts payable.


Responsibilities:

• Accurately review, code, and process vendor invoices.

• Regularly process check requests and expense reports.

• Perform monthly reconciliations to ensure accuracy.

• Maintain a high level of compliance with company policies and procedures while managing a large number of vendor accounts.

• Review and reconcile invoice discrepancies for accuracy.

• Audit and process credit card bills in a timely manner.

• Address and respond to vendor inquiries promptly and professionally.

• Process customer invoices and resolve any discrepancies.

• Maintain accurate customer credit records and take appropriate action.

• Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) operations

• Experience in processing check requests

• Strong data entry skills

• Ability to process vendor invoices effectively

• Knowledge of processing credit card transactions

• Expertise in coding invoices

• Experience with customer invoices and vendor invoices

• Ability to resolve invoice discrepancies

• Proficiency in invoice processing
