Accounts Payable Specialist
Location: Nashville, TN (midtown)
Employment Type: Full time, M-F (40/hrs)
LHH has partnered with an established and expanding healthcare organzation to identify an Accounts Payable Specialist. This role is responsible for ensuring timely check runs for multiple practices throughout the US. The ideal candidate will have a recent and dedicated background working within corporate payables.
This opportunity offers:
A hybrid schedule of 3 days in the office/2 WFH

Responsibilities:
Process invoices and payments on a weekly basis (500+) ensuring accuracy - Workday ERP
Resolve and research invoice discrepancies.
Match transactions to invoices and shipping receipts
Process manual invoices when needed
Supports 1099 processing
Post banking receipts and perform statement reconciliations
Qualifications:
Minimum 3+ years full cycle accounts payable
Prior experience working on an ERP (Oracle, Peoplesoft, Dynamix, etc.)
Intermediate/Basic Excel skills
Analytical, detail oriented, solid communication skills
Pay Details: $26.00 to $27.00 per hour
