Accounts Payable Administrator

As a Financial Transaction Coordinator at LHH Recruitment Solutions, you will be responsible for providing essential support to our Accounts Payable team. This role ensures that our vendors are paid in a timely and accurate manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process invoices and payments on a weekly basis ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Resolve and research invoice discrepancies to minimize errors and maximize efficiency.
- Process manual invoices when required and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
- Post banking receipts and perform statement reconciliation to ensure financial accuracy and integrity.
- Provide general administrative support as it relates to the accounting department, including data entry and record-keeping tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with construction or property management industry, specifically back-office accounting practices.
- SAGE or QuickBooks software experience highly preferred but not required.
- A minimum of 3+ years of experience working within transactional accounting focused on AP (recent).
- Intermediate-level Excel skills.
About the Opportunity:
This is an hourly position with flexible start/end times, located in Nashville, TN. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
Compensation Details:
The annual salary for this position is estimated to be between $55,000.00 and $56,500.00 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
