• Utilizing Salesforce to input and extract data, maintaining data integrity and accuracy
• Handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service to all callers
• Managing email correspondence effectively, ensuring timely responses and maintaining professionalism
• Using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) to perform administrative tasks
• Scheduling appointments efficiently, avoiding conflicts and optimizing advisor availability
