Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Payroll Administrator in Morgan Hill, California. This role is vital within our organization, focusing primarily on certified payroll processing, compliance document management, and basic accounting data entry work.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee certified payroll operations for a small team of 6-8 employees on a weekly basis
• Manage compliance documents related to payroll
• Handle basic accounting data entry tasks
• Utilize Dynamics and other payroll systems, training provided as needed
• Ensure timely payroll processing for ongoing and delayed projects
• Adapt to system conversion from Dynamics to SAP
• Operate independently and reliably, demonstrating general payroll knowledge
• Provide administrative assistance where necessary.• Possession of a certification in Payroll Administration.
• Demonstrable experience in managing weekly payroll for a medium to large sized organization.
• Proficiency in data entry with a high level of accuracy and speed.
• Prior experience in providing administrative assistance in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of payroll software and systems.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive payroll information.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly resolve payroll discrepancies.
