Your Role
As a Sales Order Administrator, you’ll act as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth order processing, inventory management, and timely delivery. You’ll resolve issues promptly while collaborating across teams to support customer satisfaction and operational success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer orders, inventory tracking, and replenishment using internal systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet delivery timelines and service level metrics.
- Support urgent material needs (AOG) by coordinating warehouse and logistics operations.
- Ensure accurate updates to customer databases, including invoices and shipping details.
- Prepare and present reports such as forecasts, consumption, and critical shortages.
- Issue credit/debit memos and resolve invoicing concerns with the Finance team.
- Maintain effective communication with customers and internal teams.
Skills Needed
- Technical Proficiency: Outlook, Word, Excel (Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, Charts).
- Detail-Oriented: Accuracy in data entry and process-driven work style.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-Solving: Quick thinker in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Collaborative: Works well independently and as part of a team.
Education
- High School Diploma or GED required.
