Business Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team at Sales Bizlab. As the backbone of our operations, you will be responsible for providing essential support to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of our office.
In this pivotal role, you will manage daily administrative tasks, schedule appointments, and act as a point of contact between various departments and clients. Your keen attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks will be essential in maintaining a productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries in a professional manner.
- Organize and schedule appointments, including meetings and conference calls.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure documents are easily accessible for the team.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for staff as required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
