In this role, you will be responsible for managing spares orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer quotations, sales orders, and invoicing.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage spares order lifecycle, including quotation, sales order entry, order acknowledgement, order changes, order status, and invoicing.
• Verify accuracy and completeness of customer data, part numbers, quantities, pricing, shipping instructions, terms, and delivery dates for all spares orders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure on-time shipment and meet delivery commitments.
• Identify potential issues before they arise and take corrective action to eliminate risks.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers through effective communication, conflict resolution, and issue management.
• Analyze and report delivery performance metrics, track backorders, and proactively coordinate resolutions.
• Address customer complaints for rejected or disputed shipments or invoices, including tracking shipments, issuing RMA's, credit memo's, and exchange orders.

Requirements:
• AA/AS degree in a related field and a minimum of one (1) year of related experience, or a high school diploma/GED with at least two (2) years experience or a comparable combination of relevant education and experience.
• Previous spare parts support experience in the airline and/or electronics manufacturing & repair industry preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; must speak, read, and write English fluently.
• Results-oriented with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as a self-starter, multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum based on location and experience.
