Soliant is partnering with a school district near Vancouver, WA, to hire a committed and compassionate School Psychologist. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who is passionate about supporting students mental, emotional, and academic needs within an engaging school environment. As a School Psychologist, you will provide evaluations, counseling, and consultative services, working collaboratively with educators, parents, and other specialists to foster student success.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify students needs and provide recommendations for support.
  • Develop and implement intervention plans and progress monitoring strategies.
  • Provide individual and group counseling to students facing emotional or behavioral challenges.
  • Consult with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop strategies that support student well-being and learning.
  • Assist in creating Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students requiring additional support.
  • Conduct crisis intervention and support as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
  • Valid Washington state certification as a School Psychologist (or eligibility for certification).
  • Previous experience in a school setting preferred.
  • Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Dedication to supporting students academic and emotional growth.
