This position offers a rewarding opportunity to work directly with students and support their growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in implementing behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and managing classroom behavior.
Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with behavioral needs.
Monitor and document student behavior and progress.
Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to provide comprehensive support.
