Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated Collections Specialist to join our local office in Lake Worth, FL. This temp-to-hire position offers an hourly wage of $20 - $22. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B collections and be adept at managing accounts receivable. This role is essential for ensuring the financial health of our organization by effectively handling collections and maintaining positive client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact business clients to collect outstanding payments and resolve billing issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and communications.
  • Monitor accounts to identify overdue payments and take appropriate action.
  • Negotiate payment plans and terms with clients as needed.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to reconcile accounts and ensure accurate billing.
  • Prepare and send out invoices and account statements.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports on the status of collections and accounts receivable.


Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
