Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are providing a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Product Designer in Monroe, Connecticut. This role is centered around creating and improving mobile and web applications in a collaborative environment. As a Product Designer, your duties will span from conducting user research to developing design systems, with a focus on user engagement and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve user experience.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for mobile and web applications, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define design requirements and ensure the final product meets user needs.
• Design visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces to enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across all platforms.
• Keep up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform design strategies.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback from users, stakeholders, and usability tests, striving for continuous improvement.• Proficiency in 3D Modeling is essential for this role.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud is required.
• Ability to work with Adobe Illustrator is necessary.
• Knowledge of Adobe InDesign is required.
• Must have skills in Adobe Photoshop.
• Familiarity with About Time software is essential.
• Experience in AB Testing is required.
• Ability to drive Brand Awareness is important.
• Strong Communication skills are necessary.
• Excellent Customer Service skills are required.
