Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to contribute to the development of our electrical mechanical products. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing the hardware and firmware components of our products. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to define product specifications, develop schematics, and conduct feasibility studies.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product specifications and requirements.
  2. Develop and design electrical systems, including PCB layouts and firmware development.
  3. Conduct feasibility studies and ensure designs comply with industry standards and regulations.
  4. Develop and implement communication protocols and integrate sensors and actuators into firmware.
  5. Debug and optimize firmware code for performance and reliability.
  6. Build and test prototypes to validate design concepts and functionality.
  7. Conduct thorough testing and analysis to identify and resolve issues.
  8. Collaborate with the testing team to ensure product quality and reliability.
  9. Work closely with manufacturing teams to transition designs from prototyping to production.
  10. Provide technical support during the production phase and address any hardware or firmware-related issues.
  11. Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the availability of quality components.
  12. Prepare comprehensive design documentation, including schematics, BOMs, and firmware documentation.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in hardware and firmware design.
  • Proficiency in hardware design tools (e.g., Altium, Eagle) and firmware development languages (e.g., C, C++).
  • Strong understanding of analog and digital circuits, microcontrollers, and communication protocols.
  • Experience with design verification, testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
