Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Mechanical Designer to prepare detailed mechanical drawings, modify existing drawings, and support the design of components or other elements for our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare detailed models and drawings, including technical layouts, multiple views, bills of materials, O&M manuals, and assembly drawings.
  • Understand and utilize computer design systems, including AutoCAD Inventor.
  • Interface with internal staff, customers, and vendors regarding technical issues related to parts, design, usage, specifications, and more.
  • Support manufacturing teams with design capabilities and provide technical advice and counsel to other departments.
Requirements
  • Degree or certificate in a technical field is required.
  • Up to 8 years of experience in a similar position is required.
  • Knowledge of mechanical design standards, including GD&T, is required.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD Inventor and Autodesk Vault is required.
  • Strong working knowledge of an ERP system is preferred.
