Property Accountant

Direct Hire, up to $75,000

Central Phoenix Area

In this role, you will:

  • Manage day-to-day property accounting tasks, including general ledger entries, tenant billing, and reconciliations
  • Prepare monthly financial statements for assigned properties
  • Oversee rent collections, lease administration, and tenant account management
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for properties
  • Collaborate with property management teams to ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes

You're a great fit if you have:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in property accounting
  • Familiarity with Yardi, MRI, or similar property management software
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and real estate accounting principles
