Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for managing financial records, verifying invoices, and ensuring accurate reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage vendor records and process payments
  • Verify and approve invoices for over 40 partnerships
  • Reconcile financial records and identify discrepancies
  • Prepare 1099s and federal filings
  • Collaborate with vendors and coworkers to ensure smooth operations
