Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Banking Operations Specialist to support day-to-day product maintenance and specifically assist with onboarding services. The ideal candidate will have experience in credit card operations, compliance, and managing escalations via email. This fully remote role requires flexibility, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:
•\tProvide day-to-day product maintenance and support for banking operations.
•\tAssist with onboarding services, ensuring a smooth experience for new customers.
•\tHandle credit card operations and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
•\tRespond to and resolve escalated issues via email, maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
•\tCollaborate effectively in a remote setting using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and Slack.
•\tAdapt to changing processes and demonstrate flexibility in managing shifting priorities.
•\tMaintain a basic understanding of banking processes and operations.

Qualifications:
•\t1+ years of experience in payment services and banking operations.
•\tProficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce) and collaboration tools (Slack).
•\tFamiliarity with BSA (Bank Secrecy Act) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations is preferred.
•\tStrong written communication skills, as this role is customer-facing via email only.
•\tAbility to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
