Front Desk Supervisor General Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the day to day operations of the Front Desk
  • Operate the front desk and assist guests with needs
  • Manage the operations of the front desk including check in and check out
  • Answer the phone and direct calls in a friendly and professional manner
  • Train and monitor performance of front desk personnel and build a team
  • Maintain Knowledge of area, events and hotel offerings
  • Maintain good customer relations, answer questions, resolve concerns in a timely manner
  • Maintain communication between departments
  • Complete Administrative reports as requested

Requirements:

Front Desk Supervisor Requirements Include:

  • Minimum 1 year front desk operations experience
  • Supervisory experience a plus
  • Good interpersonal skills in person, written and over the phone
  • Fluent Communication in English both spoken and written
  • Ability to communicate in Spanish a plus
  • Schedule flexibility
  • Availability Nights, weekends and Holidays
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
