C-Level Executive Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
Arrange frequent travel for the executive and team members.
Efficiently coordinate, monitor, update, and manage the executive's calendar using Google Calendar.
Oversee HR processes, including payroll, onboarding, and staff management.
Create, track, and manage accounting spreadsheets for various clients and projects.
Ensure accurate and timely billing.
Manage office operations, including monitoring expenses and purchases.
Handle media and press relations.
Perform additional responsibilities as needed.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant.
Prior experience supporting a C-suite executive.
Proficiency in Google Drive and Microsoft Excel (must rate yourself at least 9/10).
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Willingness to travel every two months for three days at a time.
General computer savvy, including troubleshooting minor technical issues.
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
Access to a laptop and vehicle; must be willing to use a company cell phone.
Open to handling work-related issues outside standard hours, including occasional weekends.
Must be comfortable working with dogs in the office.
Strong communication skills.

Paralegal experience.
