Administrative Assistant

Our client is in need of an Administrative Assistant in San Antonio, Texas. This role primarily revolves around clerical and administrative tasks within a busy environment.
Responsibilities:
• Facilitate communication within the office by answering inbound and outbound calls.
• Provide top-tier customer service by responding to general information inquiries via phone or email.
• Manage the office's schedule by setting appointments and sending reminders.
• Monitor and follow up on collection fees.
• Ensure accuracy and efficiency in data entry tasks.
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) for various tasks, including email correspondence.
• Maintain the office's organization and efficiency by managing and updating customer records.
• Proficiency in answering inbound calls, demonstrating excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills, capable of building strong relationships and managing customer expectations effectively.
• Strong data entry skills, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
• Experience in managing email correspondence professionally and quickly.
• Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls, maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.
• MUST be proficient in using Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and report generation.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, and the ability to manage emails and appointments effectively.
• MUST be proficient in using Microsoft PowerPoint to create engaging and informative presentations.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Word for various administrative tasks such as document creation, editing, and formatting.
• Ability to schedule appointments accurately and efficiently, ensuring smooth office operations.
