Inside Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:
- Keep customer and account information updated in the CRM system.
- Assist Sales Directors with customer portal management and account maintenance.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders.
- Generate sales reports and dashboards.
- Coordinate with vendors for trade show logistics.
- Manage the preparation and shipment of product samples.
- Handle all logistical aspects of trade shows.
- Help develop and nurture the sales pipeline.
- Research accounts and make initial contact with customers.
- Vet and assess potential customers.
- Experience in sales administration or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
