Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our expanding team at Danpal North America Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for achieving sales targets. This role involves overseeing independent sales representatives across specific territories, training sales teams, creating sales plans, evaluating rep performances, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and motivate a team of independent sales representatives to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate markets and drive business growth.
• Provide training, guidance, and support to the sales representatives.
• Create regional sales plans aligned with business objectives.
• Evaluate individual performances and identify areas for improvement.
• Report on regional sales results and forecast quarterly and annual sales for each region.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and projects.
• Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
• Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques.
• Represent Danpal at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote brand awareness and foster connections.

Requirements:
• Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or similar sales role.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs) to make informed decisions.
• Familiarity with CRM software and strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.
• Availability to travel up to 30% as needed.
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to excel.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
The estimated salary for this position is around $90,000-$120,000 per year, based on industry standards and the company's location.
