Accounting Coordinator
The Accounting Coordinator will be responsible for providing accounting support to the accounts payable department. This position ensures that invoices are being processed both timely and accurately for multiple healthcare practices throughout the US.
Responsibilities Include:
· Obtaining approvals for invoices
· Assign and adjust GL coding (350+/week)
· Statement reconciliations
· Data entry of invoices, accounts, bank transactions, etc.
· General administrative support as it related to the payables team
· Set up new vendors in Workday, support 1099 processing at year end
· Point of contact for vendors regarding payment inquiries and resolution
Preferred:
Familiarity with non profits/ 501c3 accounting
SAGE or QuickBooks software experience highly preferred but not required
Minimum of 3+ years of experience working with accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting and reconciliations
Excel- Basic
Hourly Position (eligible for OT)
This is a hybrid position located in Metro Nashville, TN (Downtown- parking provided)
Hours: M-F (40 hours/week), Flexible start times between the hours of 7am-9am
Pay Details: $26.00 to $27.00 per hour
