Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as an Advanced Post Surgical Nurse Coordinator. This role will involve coordinating and implementing nursing care in a timely and accurate manner, with a focus on providing exceptional patient care and outcomes.

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate, implement, and plan nursing care in a timely and accurate manner
  • Provide comprehensive assessments and evaluations of patients' conditions
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patients' needs
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient information
Requirements
  • Earned a nursing diploma or degree from a college or university
  • Licensed in the State of Tennessee
  • BLS within 90 days of hire
  • Basic arrhythmia within 6 months of hire (for certain units)
  • ACLS within 6 months of hire (for certain units)

Working Conditions

This role requires prolonged standing and working for up to twelve hours a day, as well as lifting with assistance up to 250 lbs.
