About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeping and Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As a Bookkeeper and Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling bank statements, and communicating with vendors, clients, and internal teams to resolve account discrepancies. You will also provide general office support, including answering phones, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies, and coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for office staff.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and the general ledger.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure all financial transactions are recorded in a timely manner.
  • Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to resolve account discrepancies.
  • Process Incoming/Outgoing Wires.
  • Process payroll and manage employee expense reports.
  • Assist with tax filings such as 1099s and financial/underwriter audits as required.

Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
  • Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • SoftPro Select experience preferred

Estimated Salary:
$45,000 - $55,000 per year.
