Position Overview: AppleOne Staffing is partnering with a dynamic client to find a talented HR Generalist. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting employees while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. The HR Generalist will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the HR department, providing general support to employees and leadership alike.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer the full cycle of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, and performance management.
Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Support recruiting efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and extending offers.
Facilitate new hire orientations and ensure smooth onboarding processes.
Manage employee benefits programs and respond to employee questions regarding benefits, leave, and payroll.
Address employee concerns and assist with conflict resolution and disciplinary actions when necessary.
Maintain and update employee records and HR systems.
Ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
Support training and development initiatives for employees.
Assist in conducting performance reviews and coaching employees as needed.
Manage employee exit interviews and offboarding processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
2+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role (required).
Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service-oriented approach.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software (ADP, Workday, or similar).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
