You will also assist with talent management initiatives, coordinate affirmative action planning activities, and provide administrative support for various HR projects.

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. You should also have 1-3 years of experience in an HR or administrative role, familiarity with HR software and systems, and strong communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for this position.

BenefitsAxia Residential offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
