We are offering a month-long contract in Beverly Hills. This role involves supporting our team with various administrative tasks, primarily related to commercial properties.


Responsibilities:


• Responding to emails in a timely and professional manner.

• Accurate data entry into Yardi and other systems as necessary.

• Scanning and filing invoices efficiently.

• Assisting in the management of client relations.

• Utilizing Microsoft Excel for tasks as required.

• Conducting case management using relevant software.

• Assisting with calendar management to organize and schedule meetings or appointments.

• Performing claim administration responsibilities as required.

• Handling client relations in a professional manner.

• Working with consumer electronics as needed.

• Applicants must possess at least 1 year of experience in a financial services setting.
• Proficiency in case management software is required.
• Familiarity with CompuLaw software is expected.
• Candidates should have experience with Conveyancer software.
• Proficiency in LexisNexis is necessary.
• Applicants must demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in billing functions is required.
• Candidates should have experience in calendar management.
• Claim administration skills are required.
• Applicants must have strong client relations skills.
• Knowledge of consumer electronics is expected.
• Candidates should have experience with Yardi software.
