Summary: Seeking a Customer Service Coordinator responsible for processing shipping paperwork, maintaining company files, and handling customer inquiries.

Job Requirements:

  • Proficient in MS Excel

  • Data entry experience preferred

  • Great Plains experience preferred

Job Responsibilities:

  • Process daily shipping paperwork and billing, sales entries into Sesame, and balance at end of day, week, and month

  • Maintain company files on a daily basis

  • Answer company telephones

  • Compile and distribute various reports including sales, forecast, bookings, sample review, production review, and activity updates

  • Log and prepare quotation paperwork

  • Determine needs and derive estimated costs to develop quotations and proposals

  • Process new or existing customer orders

  • Type and distribute approved quotations to interested parties

  • Enter received data into computer noting quantities, delivery dates, materials, specifications, instructions, and other data

  • Follow up on missing or incorrect information; print revisions for distribution

  • Assist in answering telephone inquiries regarding pricing, scheduling, and quotations

  • Distribute sales literature and part specification sheets



Pay Details: $14.00 to $18.00 per hour
