This position is essential in driving revenue and providing outstanding customer service. Responsibilities include managing reservation sales, overseeing guest accounts, and assisting with all guest interactions, such as check-ins, check-outs, and resolving issues, ensuring value is created at every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and check-in guests efficiently.
  • Provide information on hotel amenities and local attractions.
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
  • Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately.
  • Process payments and maintain transaction records.
  • Address guest concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to fulfill guest preferences.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  • Assist with luggage handling and transportation arrangements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies for guest safety.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping to prepare rooms for guest occupancy.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance guest experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and participate in training programs.

Required Skills:

  • Exceptional customer service, effective communication, quick learner, attention to detail, ability to handle pressure, and strong phone etiquette.

Experience and Education:

  • Previous customer service experience preferred; high school diploma or equivalent work experience.

Physical Requirements:
