Customer Service Representative

Nordson is a market leader in Industrial Precision Solutions and Advanced Technology, and we're looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of international customer orders sold in the United States and received from designated countries. You will be proficient in entering and monitoring orders to international countries, and will have good knowledge of how to perform the duties of standard order, complex order, and phone services desks in order to route information efficiently throughout the organization.

  • Manage all aspects of international customer orders, including creating and managing sales orders in SAP, reviewing and entering inbound email/fax orders, and managing eNordson and EDI for international accounts.
  • Resolve and coordinate potential escalations involving international warranty, credit/debit, EDI, portal, and eNordson international account order issues.
  • Handle internal and external customer inquiries of inventory stock, price, and delivery status, and process international order expedite requests, complaint handling, returns, and credits/debits.
  • Execute and monitor requests to pricing managers, material master teams, and customer master teams through pre-defined processes within Nordson.
  • Conduct yourself in a way that fosters a positive, supportive, and professional work environment in which everyone is treated with dignity and respect.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance and improve your daily tasks, and perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Associates degree preferred or equivalent work experience with international customer service is required.
  • Three to five years CSR experience preferred, and SAP experience is also preferred.
