We are offering an exciting opportunity in Brooklyn, New York, for a Payroll Administrator. As a Payroll Administrator, your main function will be to handle payroll duties for a team of approximately 150 employees, utilizing various accounting software systems.


Responsibilities:


• Accurate processing of biweekly payroll for the team

• Utilizing ADP Workforce Now and other related software for payroll processing

• Handling submissions of timecards, ensuring they are approved in a timely manner

• Overseeing the management of W2 forms for all employees

• Preparing internal reports related to payroll and employee benefits

• Auditing payroll records for accuracy and compliance

• Proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems is mandatory.

• Experience with ADP Workforce Now is a plus.

• Familiarity with About Time software is preferred.

• Understanding of Accounting Functions is crucial.

• Auditing skills are significant for this role.
