In this role, you will be at the forefront of our payroll operations, ensuring the complete and timely payment of wages to all employees. You will also play a critical part in managing payroll calculations, addressing payroll discrepancies, and maintaining compliance with the latest payroll regulations and tax laws.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee the full-cycle payroll process, ensuring all employees receive their wages accurately and on time.
• Handle payroll calculations, deductions, and reconciliations meticulously.
• Promptly respond to and resolve any payroll inquiries or discrepancies.
• Stay informed about the latest changes to payroll regulations and tax laws to ensure compliance.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve payroll and benefits processes, enhancing accuracy and efficiency.
• Utilize technology and automation solutions to streamline payroll processes where applicable.
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure integrated and efficient processes.
• Manage payroll-related software systems, such as ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian, and Crystal Reports.
• Administer 401k - RRSP and handle accounting functions.
• Conduct audits related to payroll and benefits as needed.
• Oversee global compensation and benefit functions.• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services
• Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now
• Knowledge of Ceridian
• Ability to use Crystal Reports
• Understanding of 401k - RRSP Administration
• Experience with About Time software
• Proficiency in Accounting Functions
• Auditing skills
• Knowledge of Benefit Functions
• Experience with ADP - Payroll
• Familiarity with Global Compensation
